Natural Home Remedies For Miscarriage

Miscarriage means loss of a pregnancy at any time in the first twenty eight weeks. When you will lose baby after 20 weeks of pregnancy, that conditions is known as stillbirth.   • You should be taken teaspoonful of fresh amla juice (Indian gooseberry) and honey mixed together every morning during pregnancy to prevent miscarriage.
  • You can also used bay leaf for the treatment of miscarriage. Boil 1/4 teaspoon of ground bay leaf in a 1/2 cup of milk. After it cools off, you should be taken it twice a day, it help to protect the foetus.
  • Yogic asanas are also beneficial to prevent miscarriage such as including sarvangasana, vajrasana, bhujangasana, shalabhasana, dhanurasana, paschimottashaha and trikonasana.
  • You can also take 6-10 grams of ascorbic acid to prevent miscarriage for 5-10 days.
  • You should be avoided smoking, tobacco and drinking alcohol as soon as the pregnancy is confirmed.
  • Brew is also beneficial for the prevention of early miscarriage.
