Generic Name: Galantamine

GALANTAMINE (Razadyne®) helps to treat the symptoms associated with Alzheimer's disease. It is not a cure for Alzheimer's disease but helps to improve the memory, attention, reason, language, and the ability to perform tasks. Galantamine is in a class of drugs known as cholinesterase inhibitors that also includes tacrine, donezepil, and rivastigmine.
