Natural Home Remedies For Leg Pain

Leg pain such as including cramping, swelling, or bruising of the legs is usually a sign of injury to your bones, muscles, or nerves. Leg pain refers to the pain that may occur in knees, foot and other parts of the legs. It may also caused by various factor such as include accidental injury or the damage of any leg nerve. Leg pain occur due to poor circulation of blood in the arteries of the legs. It is known as intermittent claudication. Leg cramps means contraction of a single muscle or a group of muscles in the leg.

Causes of Leg Pain

  • Leg pain may be occur due to a muscle cramp, it is also known as charley horse. Common causes of cramps such as including dehydration or low amounts of potassium, sodium, calcium, or magnesium in the blood.
  • If you have any medical conditions such as including muscle strain or muscle sprain, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, sciatica, or peripheral vascular disease, infection, fracture, compartment syndrome, and bone cancer that all are medical cause of leg pain.
  • Leg pain also caused by poor blood flow or circulation, It is caused by atherosclerosis, or clogging of the arteries with cholesterol.
  • If you have any infection, usually involving the bone, muscles, or skin. For example, osteomyelitis, a serious bone infection, and cellulitis, a skin infection, commonly occur in the skin of the lower leg.

Home Remedies for Leg Pain

  • You can use coconut, because it helps in curing the leg and knee pains.
  • You can also used arthcare oil for the relief of leg pain. A gentle massage with Arthcare Oil is recommended to relieve leg pain and to strengthen the bone tissues
  • You should take 1-2 teaspoonful of fenugreek powder in the morning water is also effective.
  • If you want relief from leg pain, you should eat 3-4 walnuts with an empty stomach in the morning.
  • You can also used mustard oil. Take 10 grams of camphor and 200 grams of mustard oil. Mix in a glass bottle and keep the bottle in the sun till the camphor dissolves. After dissolves, massage the affected area daily.
  • Cod liver oil also helps in curing all types of leg pains and general weakness of the body.
